Welcome to the Pre-Medical Students' Association!
Founded in 2005, the University of Alberta's Pre-Medical Students’ Association (PMSA) is an organization that supports students intending to pursue a medical field career. Our organization believes in teamwork, cooperation, innovation, focus, and integrity as we believe that through these principles we can guide students to the paths that they are seeking.
PMSA also serves as a resource for academic and non-academic information and guidance for students interested in applying to medical school. PMSA will also serve as a support network to promote well-being in academic life, as well as in general lifestyle and attitude. There are no requirements to join our club -- we welcome everyone!
The PMSA Executive Team stays after each event to answer any questions you may have about courses, medical school admissions, etc., so please don't hesitate to talk to us! You can also ask us any questions you have on Facebook/Twitter. We promote a collaborative environment and encourage all of our members to support one-another with the medical school admissions process. After all, we're all going to be future colleagues working together towards making a positive difference in our patients' lives!
